摘要：学术数据库产业是国家创新体系的重要指标,在国家综合竞争力中具有重要地位。我国学术数据库品质和建设水平相对落后,在国际国内竞争中处于劣势地位,并成为学术数据库产业的危机根源。本文以国内和国际产业竞争为主线,分别从用户危机、市场危机、资源危机的角度分析了国内学术数据库危机的现状和本质,并据此提出了振兴该产业的对策与建议。
Academic database industry is an important index in national innovation system and occupies an important place in national comprehensive competitiveness. At present, the academic databases in China are relatively backward in quality and construction level and inferior in domestic and international competition, and have become the sources of crisis for academic database industry. Based on the domestic and international industrial competition, this paper analyzes the present situation and essence of the crisis in domestic academic databases from the perspectives of customer crisis, market crisis and resources crisis, and hereby offers some countermeasures and suggestions for revitalizing this industry,
