摘要:NOVELTY - Recycling and purification of terephthalic acid comprises adding activated carbon (0-2 g) in alkali minimization waste liquid (1 L), stirring and absorbing for 2-3 hours, filtering activated carbon and small particles through micropore filter; adding dilute acid solution (5-20%) in filtered liquid in acidification channel, regulating pH to 2-3 and separating white terephthalic acid solid; separating suspension, washing with tap water, and filtering; and evaporating filtered cake at 100-110 degrees C through blower drier, and grinding residual solid to obtain crude terephthalic acid product. USE - Method for recycling and purifying terephthalic acid (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method effectively reduces chemical oxygen demand (COD) of the wastewater, protects environment and recycles and purifies high purity terephthalic acid to recycle waste materials. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Recycling and purification of terephthalic acid comprises adding activated carbon (0-2 g) in alkali minimization waste liquid (1 L), stirring and absorbing for 2-3 hours, filtering activated carbon and small particles through micropore filter to obtain filtered liquid; adding dilute acid solution (5-20%) in filtered liquid in acidification channel to acidify, regulating pH to 2-3 and separating white terephthalic acid solid; separating suspension to obtain solid through solid-liquid separator, washing with tap water, and filtering to obtain filtered cake; and evaporating filtered cake at 100-110 degrees C through blower drier to remove residual solvent, and grinding residual solid to obtain crude terephthalic acid product.
