摘要：民族地区的精准脱贫是实现全面建成小康社会的关键一环。本文在梳理民族地区精准脱贫研究四种视角的基础上,以"嵌入—建构—增能"为整合性分析框架,通过对贵州省T县的经验考察,系统探讨了结构性嵌入与资源下沉、系统性建构与土客共生、全方位增能与社会改造的展开逻辑,立体呈现了民族地区精准脱贫的实践探索,这对于有效破解贫困治理长期存在的碎片化困境、打好新时代精准脱贫攻坚战,具有重要的理论价值与现实意义。
Accurate poverty alleviation in ethnic minority areas is the key to building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round manner. On the basis of combing the four perspectives of precision poverty alleviation in ethnic areas, this paper takes "embedding, construction and empowerment" as the integrated analysis framework. Through the experience of T County in Guizhou Province, the study systematically explores the logic of structural embedding and resource sinking, systemic construction and symbiosis of the natives and guests, all-round empowerment and social transformation, which presents the practice of precision poverty alleviation in ethnic areas through a three-dimension approach. It is of the important theoretical and practical significance for effectively solving the long-standing fragmentation dilemma of poverty control and successfully promoting precise poverty eradication in the New Era.
