摘要：当前国外环境正义研究呈现出一种多层次的、多空间的以及多方法论的发展趋势,将社会、政治、经济、空间、环境与生态进程编织在一起,覆盖了不同的环境议题,囊括了更广泛的弱势群体,并考虑了多重的社会区分。环境正义在国内的呈现方式则有一定的差异,一方面,国内生态文明建设的大背景赋予了环境正义更为丰富的内涵,但另一方面,国内环境正义的概念界定仍较为局限,且与环境抗争实践之间存在着一定的断裂。一种包容性的环境正义概念,能够整合自上而下的生态文明建设对实现环境正义的要求以及自下而上的环境抗争力量,超越关于环境正义的严格定义,进而提供更丰富的研究视角、思路及方法来思考及解决当前国内复杂的环境局面。
Environmental justice now covers different kinds of environmental issues at multiple levels,incorporates more diverse populations,and intertwines with multiple social differences. As a contrast,the concept of environmental justice manifests differently in the context of China, and the trajectory of environmental justice studies also has its own particularities. A more inclusive understanding of environmental justice is suggested to help us combine ecological civilization and environmental justice,go beyond the strict definition of environmental justice and further supply us diverse perspectives and methods to rethink and further resolve the complex environmental situation in China.
