摘要：中国共产党与中国式现代化之间的关系,不仅体现在中国式现代化是中国共产党领导中国人民开创的伟大事业的“外在关系”,而且体现在中国共产党的全面领导是中国式现代化根本特征的“内在关系”。党的领导确保了中国式现代化始终沿着正确的方向不断前进,只有通过党的全面领导才能真正实现对西方资本主义现代化的全面超越。从本质上看,中国式现代化是一个通过先进政党来引领推动经济社会发展进而实现全体人民共同富裕的过程。中国式现代化实现了主观与客观、主体与客体、民族与世界的有机统一。从一般规律和世界范围来看,走好先进政党引领推动经济社会发展道路,必须处理好坚持先进政党的全面领导与全面从严治党之间的关系,永葆党的先进性与纯洁性;必须处理好“引领推动”与“利益驱动”之间的关系,确保政治、经济、文化、社会、生态等沿着正确方向前进;必须处理好“经济社会发展”与“人的全面发展”之间的关系,确保全体人民共建共享发展成果;必须处理好“民族复兴”与“人类解放”之间的关系,确保中华民族复兴顺应人类文明进步的趋势。
The relationship between the CPC and Chinese-style modernization is not only reflected in the fact that Chinese-style modernization is akind of“external relationship”of the great cause initiated by the Chinese people under the leadership of the CPC,but also reflected in the fact that the overall leadership of the CPC is the kind of“internal relationship”of the fundamental feature of Chinese-stylemodernization.The Party’s leadership not only ensures that Chinese-style modernization always moves in the right direction,but only through the Party’s overall leadership can we truly achieve a comprehensive transcendence of Western capitalist modernization.In essence,Chinese-style modernization is a process in which the advanced political Party leads and promotes economic and social development to achieve common prosperity for all people.Chinese-style modernization realizes the organic unity of subjectivity and objectivity,subject and object,nation and world.From a global perspective,to follow the path of economic and social development led by the advanced Party,we must properly handle the relationship between adhering to the overall leadership of theParty and comprehensively and strictly governing the Party,and always maintain the Party’s advanced nature and purity.The relationship between“leading promotion”and“interest-driven force”must be properly handled to ensure that politics,economy,culture,and society move in the right direction.The relationship between“economic and social development”and“comprehensive human development”must be properly handled to ensure that all people jointly contribute and share the fruits of development.The relationship between“national rejuvenation”and“human liberation”must be properly handled to ensure that the rejuvenation of the nation-state conforms to the trend of human civilization and progress.
