摘要:NOVELTY - Preparing photosensitive hydrogel comprises preparing azobenzene modified polyacrylic acid, dissolving the polyacrylic acid into the N-methyl-2- pyrrolidone, adding the monoamidogen substituted azobenzene and dehydrating agent, stirring and reacting, adding sodium hydroxide aqueous solution, extracting, cleaning, dialyzing and drying; and respectively dissolving the cyclodextrin modified polyacrylic acid and the azobenzene modified polyacrylic acid into deionized water, uniformly mixing and compounding them to obtain the photosensitive hydrogel. USE - Method for preparing photosensitive hydrogel (claimed) used for preparing light-dependent control motor and light-dependent switch and releasing light-dependent medicine. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing photosensitive hydrogel comprises: (A) preparing azobenzene modified polyacrylic acid, dissolving the polyacrylic acid into the N-methyl-2- pyrrolidone at 60-70 degrees C, adding the monoamidogen substituted azobenzene and dehydrating agent, stirring and reacting at 60-70 degrees C for 48-96 hours, adding sodium hydroxide aqueous solution (30-35%), settling after the stirring operation, extracting, cleaning, dialyzing and drying to obtain the target product of azobenzene modified polyacrylic acid, where the mass ratio of the polyacrylic acid to the N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone is 1:25-35, the mass ratio of the monoamidogen substituted azobenzene to the polyacrylic acid is 0.2-0.5:1, the mol ratio of the monoamidogen substituted azobenzene to the dehydrating agent is 1:1-1.2, and the volumetric ratio of the sodium hydroxide aqueous solution to the N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone is 1-1.2:1; and (B) respectively dissolving the cyclodextrin modified polyacrylic acid and the azobenzene modified polyacrylic acid obtained in step (A) into deionized water, uniformly mixing and compounding them to obtain the photosensitive hydrogel, where the sum of the mass concentrations of the cyclodextrin modified polyacrylic acid and the azobenzene modified polyacrylic acid is 3-8% and the mol ratio of the cyclodextrin group to the azobenzene group is 1:3 to 3:1.
