摘要:NOVELTY - Preparing loaded activated carbon involves: grinding the activated carbon to 10-60 meshes; using de-ionized water to wash until the upper layer has no impurity; dissolving iron vitriol in ethanol/water mixed system; adding polyethylene glycol (PEG)-4000; fully dissolving; then adding granular activated carbon; then adding reduction solution while mechanically stirring under the protection of nitrogen; after finishing the reaction, loading the palladium(II) acetate. USE - For preparing loaded activated carbon which used for treating the ground water containing hydrochloric ether (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The present method is simple; has simple processing equipment; is easy to operate; has low cost; and has high hydrochloric ether removing efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing loaded activated carbon involves: (a) grinding the activated carbon to 10-60 meshes; using de-ionized water to wash to remove the impurity in the activated carbon until the supernatant is clear and transparent; adjusting the pH value to 5-8; (b) dissolving the iron vitriol and the polyethylene glycol (PEG)-4000 into the mixed system of ethanol and water, where the volume ratio of the ethanol to the water is 4-6, the mass fraction of the iron vitriol relating to ethanol and water is 3-15%, and the mass fraction of the PEG-4000 relating to the ethanol and water is 0.5-5%; fully dissolving; then transferring into a reactor with a motor-driven stirring apparatus; then adding 10 g granular activated carbon; uniformly stirring; introducing the nitrogen to remove the dissolved oxygen in the system; (c) continuing to introduce nitrogen to the system; slowly adding the reduction solution while chemically stirring; controlling the solution dropping speed; keeping the speed of one drop per second, where the time of the process is 60-90 minutes; (d) continuing to introduce nitrogen after finishing the reduction reaction; mechanically stirring until there is no hydrogen generating in the reactor; (e) plugging after finishing the reaction; putting the system into a anaerobic incubator; firstly using anaerobic water to wash for 3 times; then using ethanol to wash for 1 time; at last using acetone to wash for 3 times until the pH value of the system is neutral; (f) dissolving the palladium(II) acetate solution into methanol solution; using ultrasound to dissolve for 1 hour; putting the sample in the step (e) into the methanol mixed solution; reacting for 1 hour; taking out and using acetone to wash until the pH value is neutral; (g) putting the sample into a tube furnace to keep for 25-35 minutes at 500-800 degrees C, where the reaction is carried out under the protection of nitrogen and the nitrogen flow is controlled of 0.5-1 liter per minute; and (h) cooling; then putting it in the anaerobic incubator to preserve for future use to obtain the loaded activated carbon.
