摘要：NOVELTY - Use of thiazole derivative (I) for preparing medicament for treatment of inflammatory disease, is claimed. USE - Use of thiazole derivative in pharmaceutical composition for preparing medicament for treatment of inflammatory bowel disease (all claimed), preferably ulcerative colitis. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Use of thiazole derivative of formula (I) for preparing medicament for treatment of inflammatory disease, is claimed. R1=H or optionally substituted 1-6C alkyl or 3-6C cycloalkyl; R2=H, halo, optionally substituted 1-6C alkyl, optionally substituted 1-6C alkoxy, CN, NO2, hydroxy or NR'aR'b; R'a,R'b=H or 1-6C alkyl; R4=H or halo; m=0-4;and n=0-5. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) pharmaceutical composition, which comprises compound (I), and a carrier or an excipient; and (2) method for treating inflammatory bowel disease, which involves administering the pharmaceutical composition to subject in need.
