摘要：介绍了国产生物反应器ＣｅｌＣｕｌ－５０Ａ的特点及性能，并利用此生物反应器培养了Ｖｅｒｏ细胞和狂犬病毒，细胞密度达１．１×１０７ｃｅｌｓ／ｍｌ。
The characteristics and application of the cell culture bioreactor (CellCul 50A) are described. In CellCul 50A, the cell density of Vero cells can arrive at 1.1×10 7 cells/ml and the rabies virus titer can be over 6.0.
