摘要:NOVELTY - An environment-friendly paper is manufactured from power plant desulfurization gypsum by dispersing gypsum into a slurry, adding sulfuric acid, and heating the slurry; adding zinc powder while stirring, heating, filtering, washing the filter cake with deionized water, and drying the filter cake; adding polyethylene glycol, stearic acid and antioxidant 1010, heating, extruding, transporting extruded melt to a calender, cooling in cold water controlled at, and surface drying; and transporting the surface dried sheet to a multi-roll stretcher, preheating, and stretching. USE - Method of manufacturing environment-friendly paper from power plant desulfurization gypsum. ADVANTAGE - The method manufactures paper having a density of 0.9-1.5 g/m3. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An environment-friendly paper is manufactured from power plant desulfurization gypsum by: (A) dispersing gypsum into a slurry having a concentration of 20-70%, adding sulfuric acid (1-3 wt.%), and heating the slurry at 80-90 degrees C; (B) adding zinc powder (0.2-0.8 wt.%) while stirring, heating at 80-90 degrees C for 30-60 minutes, filtering, washing the filter cake with deionized water until the iron content in the washing solution is 20 ppm, and drying the filter cake; (C) adding (pts. wt.) high-density polyethylene (20-35), polyethylene glycol (0.5-1.5), stearic acid (1-3) and antioxidant 1010 (0.1-0.5) to the dried filter cake (65-80), heating at 170-190 degrees C, extruding, transporting extruded melt to a calender controlled at 140-160 degrees C, cooling in cold water controlled at not greater than 5 degrees C, and surface drying by an air blower; and (D) transporting the surface dried sheet to a multi-roll stretcher, preheating at 110-130 degrees C, and stretching for 2-5 times.
