摘要：合同节水管理是近年来提出的创新型节水模式,是运用市场机制提高节水效率的重要手段。回顾近年来华东理工大学节水工作现状和成效,提出了新时期高校开展合同节水管理新模式的优势、难点以及切入点,为合同节水在高校校园有效落实提供思路。
Water-saving management contract is an innovative water-saving model proposed in recent years,which is an important means to improve water-saving efficiency by using market mechanism.This paper reviews the current situation and results of water-saving work in East China University of Science and Technology in recent years,and puts forward the advantages,difficulties and breakthrough points of adopting the new model of water-saving management by contract in colleges and universities in the new period,so as to provide ideas for the effective implementation of water-saving by contract in universities.
