摘要:NOVELTY - A pH sensitive polymer with reversible solubility whose viscosity average molecular weight is 60000-70000, is new. USE - The pH sensitive polymer is useful for preparing polymer-ligand complex for separating biomacromolecule by affinity precipitation (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The polymer is sensitive to pH and has reversible solubility (claimed). Using the polymer, the deposition can be efficiently recycled, so application cost is lowered. The recycling method is simple and keeps activity and stability of biomass. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A pH sensitive polymer with reversible solubility whose viscosity average molecular weight is 60000-70000, where the polymer is formed by random copolymerization of monomer of Formula (1)-(4) by mol ratio 8-9:4:5-8:2, is new. R1-R5=H, or 1-6C alkyl; and R6 and R7=H or 1-6C hydroxylalkyl. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are: (1) preparation method of the pH sensitive polymer with reversible solubility; and (2) a polymer-ligand complex formed by activating the pH sensitive polymer with reversible solubility or formed by the method above by chloroepoxy propane and binding it with p-amino benzamidine by covalent binding, or binding the pH sensitive polymer with reversible solubility or formed by the method above with Cibacron Blue F3GA by covalent binding directly.
