摘要:SOEC(固体氧化物电解池)是一种电解高温蒸汽制氢的电化学技术。由于SOEC性能受运行温度、电流密度等操作参数复合影响,故需综合选择出较优的多参数条件运行以保证高效产氢。文中利用Matlab Simulink模块建立基于电化学理论的SOEC模型并进行参数分析,研究温度、压力、电流密度和蒸汽摩尔分数对SOEC运行特性的影响。结果表明:较高的温度能够降低极化损失和电池电压,电流密度升高能够提高蒸汽利用系数但也会造成极化损失增加,提高阴极蒸汽摩尔分数可改善电解池制氢效率,而压力对电解池的特性影响不明显。最后综合考虑利用系数和能效筛选出较优组合参数为温度1273 K、压力506.625 kPa、电流密度3500 A/m^(2)、蒸汽摩尔分数90%,此时SOEC总效率和电效率可分别达到92%和147%。
SOEC(solid oxide electrolysis cell)is an electrochemical technology for producing hydrogen by electrolysis with high-temperature steam.Because SOEC performance is affected by operating parameters such as operating temperature and current density,it is necessary to comprehensively select the optimal multi-parameter conditions to run the reactor to ensure efficient hydrogen production.In this work,a SOEC reactor model based on electrochemical theory was established by using Matlab Simulink module and the parameters were analyzed.The effects of stack temperature,stack pressure,current density and steam mole fraction on the operation characteristics of SOEC were studied.The results show that the higher temperature can reduce the polarization loss and battery voltage,the higher current density can improve the steam utilization coefficient but also increase the polarization loss,and the higher cathode vapor mole fraction can improve the hydrogen production efficiency of the electric reactor,while the pressure has no obvious effect on the characteristics of the reactor.Finally,considering the utilization factor and energy efficiency,the optimal reactor combination parameters are set to 1273 K,506.625 kPa,current density 3500 A/m^(2)and steam mole fraction 90%.In this case,the total efficiency and electrical efficiency of the reactor can reach 92%and 147%,respectively.
