摘要:NOVELTY - Porous silica gel with ursodesoxycholic acid molecularly imprinted polymer on surface is prepared by using ursodesoxycholic acid as the template molecule in inert solvent and under the action of crosslinking agent and acrylamide as functional monomer, polymerizing in the presence of functional porous silica gel particle having coupling agent modified on the surface and initiator or in the presence of silica gel particle having initiator grafted on the surface through a coupling agent to obtain polymer, and removing the ursodesoxycholic acid in the polymer. USE - Porous silica gel used for separating ursodeoxycholic acid (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The porous silica gel has high absorption capacity, high selective absorption performance and good stability, which can effectively separate ursodeoxycholic acid from analog of bile acid and generate guide action to scale production of ursodeoxycholic acid, and can be prepared in a simple manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for producing porous silica gel, which involves: (A) grafting coupling agent on surface of activated porous silica gel particle to obtain functional porous silica gel particle having coupling agent modified on surface and initiator; (B) adding template molecule and the functional monomer in inert solvent at room temperature to form stable monomer-template compound; (C) adding crosslinking agent, functional porous silica gel particle having coupling agent modified on surface and the initiator; (D) using inert gas to remove oxygen; (E) carrying out polymerization in sealing environment to obtain polymer; and (F) removing template molecule from polymer.
