摘要:NOVELTY - Method for producing xylonic acid, involves subjecting lignocellulosic raw material to dry dilute acid pretreatment and solid biological detoxification, simultaneously saccharifying and fermenting the raw material, adding cellulase and ethanol producing strain, separating ethanol using distillation column, inoculating Gluconobacter oxydans in ethanol distilled mash, culturing, subjecting product containing xylose mash to solid-liquid separation, performing ion exchange resin separation, concentrating, crystallizing, recrystallizing and drying obtained product. USE - The method is used for producing xylonic acid (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method consumes less time. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for producing xylonic acid, involves subjecting lignocellulosic raw material to dry dilute acid pretreatment and solid biological detoxification, simultaneously saccharifying and fermenting the raw material, adding cellulase and ethanol producing strain, separating ethanol using distillation column, where remaining portion is ethanol distilled mash, inoculating Gluconobacter oxydans in ethanol distilled mash, culturing to produce xylonic acid, or whole cell catalytic production of xylose, subjecting product containing xylose mash to solid-liquid separation, performing ion exchange resin separation, concentrating, crystallizing the concentrate, recrystallizing and drying obtained product.
