摘要：With the development of Internet technology and the financial trading market, investors in the market are showing a trend of getting younger and younger. In response to various problems that college students have in the process of investment and financial management, a financial management platform based on Django architecture that combines traditional accounting and machine learning is designed. The platform is based on collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm and able to provide users with abundant and targeted financial management services. Through the popularization of financial knowledge and the integration and transparency of market information, it reduces the risk of college students falling into financial traps, leads to a new way of helping college students form good financial management habits and develops healthy consumption concepts. ?
