摘要:The morphology and structure of CaCO3 nanoparticles synthesized by liquid carbonization method were analyzed by TEM, XRD and IR, etc., and the effect of Na4P2O7 on the process property and the morphology of CaCO3 nanoparticles was also investigated. The structure and morphology were strongly affected by the reaction temperature, and spindle-shaped particles were formed instead of cubic-shaped particles when the reaction temperature increased from 20 degrees C to 30 degrees C. The nucleation rate increased and the growth rate decreased when Na4P2O7 was added to the reaction slurry. The chain and stick-shaped CaCO3 nanoparticles were formed when the reaction temperatures were higher than 30 degrees C. The nucleation-growth mechanism for chain and stick-shipped nanoparticles is discussed.
