摘要:A new and efficient ion-exchange chromatography conductivity detection method was developed for the simultaneous detection of nine organic acids and anions such as Sulfate and Phosphate in the TCA cycle in mycelium. The validation results showed that the method has good selectivity, recovery (88.6-102.5%), linear correlation (R2>0.9954), precision ( ? 2023, The Authors. All rights reserved.
