摘要:NOVELTY - Method for producing S-adenosylmethionine (SAM), involves (a) introducing exogenous glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase expression cassette or a 6-phosphoglucono-lactonease expression cassette into genome of SAM producing strain, and (b) culturing strain. USE - The method and kit are useful for producing S-adenosylmethionine (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) improved SAM producing strain comprising exogenous glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase expression cassette or a 6-phosphoglucono-lactonease expression cassette which are introduced into genome of strain; and (2) kit for producing S-adenosylmethionine, comprising above-mentioned SAM producing strain.
