摘要:NOVELTY - Tungsten-molybdenum based superfine composite solid oxide solution comprises molybdenum oxide and tungsten oxide. The preparation comprises: (i) weighing ammonium molybdate, adding de-ionized water, heating and continuously agitating until white crystal completely dissolves and adding tungstic acid; (ii) adding oxalic acid and surfactant and agitating; (iii) adding hydrazine and agitating; (iv) drying to obtain a precursor of the composite solid oxide solution; (v) milling the precursor, placing in a tubular furnace, heating, calcinating, cooling and crushing the powder to obtain the product. USE - Used as the tungsten-molybdenum based superfine composite solid oxide solution. ADVANTAGE - The tungsten-molybdenum based superfine composite solid oxide solution: exhibits a volume resistance of 0.01-0.001 ohms/cm and antioxidant temperature of 310 degrees C thus improving the thermal stability and applications of mixed-valence conductive material. The method: is rapid; does not discharge waste, is simple; exhibits product of high purity; and consumes less energy, thus satisfying low-carbon economic and sustainable economic development strategy. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Tungsten-molybdenum based superfine composite solid oxide solution, comprises molybdenum oxide (20-80%) and tungsten oxide (80-20%). The preparation comprises: (i) weighing ammonium molybdate (according to the amount of molybdenum oxide), adding de-ionized water to ammonium molybdate (3-10 times of ammonium molybdate), heating and continuously agitating until white crystal completely dissolves, adding tungstic acid (according to the amount of tungsten oxide which occupies 20-80% of the total mass of the composite solid oxide solution) after the heating process is completed and agitating uniformly; (ii) adding oxalic acid and a surfactant (1.2-1.5 times and 0.1-10% of the total mass of ammonium molybdate and tungstic acid respectively) and agitating uniformly; (iii) adding hydrazine hydrate (1-5 times of the total mass of ammonium molybdate and tungstic acid) and agitating rapidly and uniformly; (iv) drying for 2-10 hours at 70-120 degrees C to obtain a precursor of the composite solid oxide solution; (v) milling the precursor to the required amount, transferring into a crucible, placing in a tubular furnace, slowly heating to 650-850 degrees C under protection of nitrogen, calcinating for 2-10 hours, naturally cooling to room temperature and crushing the obtained powder by airflow or processing ball milling to obtain the product.
