摘要:NOVELTY - A water interaction-based preparation method of gold nanorod assembly comprises (A) preparation of gold nanorod with a pretreatment using classical seed growth method to synthesize gold nanorod solution, (B) gold nano rod orientation modification step, (C) two side modification step, and (D) representing assembled gold nanorod assembly for UV visible spectrum and TEM characterization. USE - Water interaction-based preparation method of gold nanorod assembly. ADVANTAGE - The method can realize controllable orientation of gold nanorod assembly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Water interaction-based preparation method of gold nanorod assembly comprises (A) preparation of gold nanorod with a pretreatment using classical seed growth method to synthesize gold nanorod solution, (B) gold nano rod orientation modification step, (C) two side modification step, and (D) representing assembled gold nanorod assembly for UV visible spectrum and TEM characterization. The step (A) comprises synthesizing gold nanorod solution after centrifuging, absorbing supernatant, adding deionized water into sediment after ultrasonically uniformly dispersing, centrifuging and removing supernatant, adding deionized water, ultrasonically dispersing to obtain 1 nM gold nanorod solution. The step (B) comprises dissolving organic molecule into 40 ml water solution, dropwise adding gold nanorod solution, reacting for 6-10 hours, processing, centrifuging and removing supernatant to remove excess organic molecules, dispersing precipitate in water, repeating centrifuging, and performing ultraviolet absorption. The step (C) comprises weighing organic molecule, dissolving in 40 ml aqueous solution, mixing gold nanorod solution, reacting for 24 hours, centrifuging and removing supernatant to remove excess organic molecules, repeating centrifuging, slowly dropping into modified gold nanorod solution, ultrasonic and uniformly stirring to form gold nanorod assembly.
