摘要：NOVELTY - Preparation of an ordered mesoporous silicon carbide material involves using a two-dimensional hexagonal structure of SBA-15 and the cubic phase structure KIT-6, the silica precursor(I) contains cross two-dimensional hexagonal structure and linking group (C=C) polycarbosilane which are highly organized and having the pore size of 4-10nm and a specific surface area of 200-600m2 /g. USE - Ordered mesoporous silicon carbide material. ADVANTAGE - The compound has uniform and relative aperture, and good oxidation stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of an ordered mesoporous silicon carbide material.
