摘要：介绍了采用乳化液膜的分离方法提取浓缩苯丙氨酸的新工艺。与传统的离子交换法、溶剂萃取法和溶剂结晶法相比，新工艺具有提高分离效率、降低生产成本、缩短生产周期以及缓和操作条件等优点。
The new process to extract and concentrate phenylalanine from fermentation broth by liquid emulsion membrane(LEM)is introduced. In comparison with traditional separation methods such as ion exchange,solvent extraction and solvent crystallization,the new process has the advantage of increasing extraction efficiency,decreasing production cost,shortening production cycle and mitigating operation conditions.
