摘要：NOVELTY - The reactor has a water-cooling reaction part connected with a gas cooled reaction part via a gas quench part. The water-cooling reaction part, gas cooled reaction part and gas quench part are integrated into a column close container. The water-cooling reaction part has a product outlet with outlet and inlet of cooling water, and pipe-shape things which are used to fill the catalyst. The gas cooled reaction part is provided with a product outlet, and has pipe-shape things which are used to fill catalyst. The gas quench part is provided with a quench gas inlet, and a gas mixer. USE - Reactor suitable for gaseous phase exothermic reaction used in methane preparation by synthesis gas. ADVANTAGE - Provides a reasonable bed temperature sequence, improved single layer conversion rate, enables replacement of the synthesis reactors, and reduces device investment cost.
