摘要:针对飞机全电刹车系统普遍存在的匹配和非匹配扰动会降低滑移率和制动压力跟踪精度,难以实现对飞机刹车的高性能控制的问题,提出一种基于级联扩张状态观测器和有限时间预设性能反演的飞机全电刹车系统改进滑模复合控制方法.首先,考虑匹配和非匹配扰动建立飞机全电刹车系统的优化数学模型,设计级联扩张状态观测器对匹配和非匹配扰动进行实时估计;其次,基于扰动估计和有限时间预设性能反演设计滑模控制方法,使滑移率可以在预设时间内精确跟踪期望值;再次,基于扰动估计设计改进非奇异全局终端滑模控制方法,制动压力可以精确跟踪参考虚拟制动压力,使飞机全电刹车系统快速获得最大的制动压力,提高制动性能.通过在不同跑道状态下进行的对比仿真分析,验证了所提出的飞机刹车复合控制方法可以有效提高刹车效率.
The ubiquitous matching and non-matching disturbances in aircraft all-electric braking systems will reduce the slip rate and braking pressure tracking accuracy,and it is difficult to achieve high performance control of aircraft all-electric braking systems.An improved sliding mode composite control method based on cascade expansion state observers and finite-time prescribed performance inversion is proposed for the aircraft all-electric braking systems.Firstly,an optimized mathematical model of the aircraft all-electric braking systems is established considering matching and non-matching disturbances,and a cascade extended state observer is designed to estimate non-matching and matching disturbances in real-time.Secondly,a sliding mode control method is designed based on disturbance estimation and finite time preset performance inversion,so that the slip rate can accurately track the expected value within the preset-time.Thirdly,an improved non-singular global terminal sliding mode control method is designed based on disturbance estimation.The braking pressure can accurately track the reference virtual braking pressure,allowing the aircraft all-electric braking systems to obtain the maximum braking pressure quickly and improve braking performance.Through the comparative simulation analysis in different runway states,it is verified that the aircraft braking composite control method proposed can improve braking efficiency.
