摘要:NOVELTY - Extracting fluorine element from industrial gypsum comprises (i) taking phosphogypsum or fluorine gypsum, ball-milling or air flow crushing, processing into superfine phosphogypsum or fluorine gypsum particles, (ii) taking superfine phosphogypsum or fluorine gypsum particles, adding water, auxiliary solvent and crystal form regulator, mixing, regulating pH, reacting, and (iii) taking reaction liquid, filtering to obtain calcium sulfate crystal whisker mixed powder, drying, grading, combining the solid particle, extracting fluorine, and extracting fluorine element from the mixed powder. USE - The method is useful for extracting fluorine element from industrial gypsum (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Extracting fluorine element from industrial gypsum comprises (i) taking phosphogypsum or fluorine gypsum, ball-milling or air flow crushing, processing into superfine phosphogypsum or fluorine gypsum particles with a particle diameter of 1-20 mu m, (ii) taking 1 pts. wt. superfine phosphogypsum or fluorine gypsum particles obtained in the step (i), adding 2-10 pts. wt. water, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. auxiliary solvent and 0.003-0.1 pts. wt. crystal form regulator, mixing, regulating pH at 0.5-2.5, reacting at 95-100 degrees C, where the auxiliary solvent is sodium chloride, potassium chloride, sodium sulfate and/or potassium sulfate, the crystal form regulator tartaric acid, citric acid, malic acid, ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid or its sodium salt, and (iii) taking the reaction liquid obtained in the step (ii), filtering to obtain calcium sulfate crystal whisker mixed powder, ventilation drying at 50-80 degrees C, grading the particles by using screen or particle grading device, where the sieve ratio of the crystal whisker particles is 1:1-3:1, combining the solid particle is other than this size to obtain mixed powder rich in fluorosilicate, fluoride salt, silicate and other metal salts, extracting fluorine using the existing technique, and extracting fluorine element from the mixed powder, where using atmospheric pressure salt solution method for preparing gypsum crystal whisker, and insoluble fluorosilicate method for separating.
