摘要：NOVELTY - The present invention relates to a bio-degradable chitosan slowly-releasing material, belonging to the field of bio-technology. The invention is aimed at overcoming the defects of chitosan and providing a chitosan slowly-releasing base material which is simple in preparation process, rich in source, stable in property, resistant to acid and alkali and has unique structure, and can be used in diffusing controlled release system. The invention is made up by using chitosan, polyvinyl alcohol and starch as raw material through the procedures of mixing and cross-linking reaction. The material can be extensively used in the controlled release of active substances.
