摘要：NOVELTY - A heavy oil pretreatment method involves placing heavy oil in subcritical-supercritical water environment with specific thermodynamic state, such that cracking reaction of the heavy oil is transferred from oil phase to subcritical-supercritical water phase and forming pre-aggregation of super-molecular structure by utilizing heavy oil rich in heteroatoms and residual carbon heavy components, according to differentiated self-assembly trend. The heavy components are removed from reaction system by condensation and coking. USE - Method for pretreating heavy oil that is utilized for feed of catalytic cracking or hydrogenation unit (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables simultaneously pretreating heavy oil and removing heteroatoms and residual carbon heavy components.
