摘要：跟踪研究2000-2010年期间上海人口郊区化态势,以及嘉定、松江、青浦、南桥、临港等5个郊区新城的人口集聚状况,发现上海人口分布变动模式既有延续性也有新变化。具体而言,单中心扩张的基本模式仍未被打破,但城、郊人口密度差异明显缩小,多中心城市结构初露端倪;外来人口郊区化仍然比户籍人口郊区化走得更快、更远,但随着核心城服务业发展,外来人口重新集聚,使得外来人口分布出现"环间塌陷"现象;规划重点发展的新城人口增长势头仍不突出,以城区为核心的多层次、组团式、紧凑式的合理城市空间体系还有待发展完善。
This paper studies the suburbanization development of Shanghai and population aggregation of its five suburban new towns including Jiading, Songjiang, Qingpu, Nanqiao, and Lingang from 2000 to 2010, finding that Shanghai＇s population distribution pattern is featured by both continuity and variety. In detail, although the sing/e- centered expansion is still the city＇s dominant spatial pattern, a multi-centered spatial pattern is emerging with a decreasing difference in population density between the inner city and the suburbs. As the suburbanization of floating population is faster than that of household population, and the floating population re-gathers in the inner city as a result of its service industry development, resulting in a phenomenon that there is relatively less floating population in the area between the inner city and the suburbs. Consequently, population growth of new towns that the city planning strategy focuses on is not as outstanding as expected, thus more efforts should be made to improve a reasonable inner city-centered, multi-leveled, towns-grouped, and compact urban spatial structure.
