摘要:NOVELTY - The method involves performing filtering treatment, thinning treatment and characteristic extraction on a standard circuit board image and a circuit board image to be tested. A welding pad connecting table is built according to a connecting relation between welding pads in the circuit board image. A window is utilized to scan the circuit board image. Pixels within the window are ordered based on a grey value. The grey value of the middlemost pixel is utilized. Burrs in the scanned image are removed by a pruning treatment. USE - Method for automatically detecting a printed circuit board (PCB) optical image. ADVANTAGE - The method enables prevention of need for performing precise positioning by connecting relation of the welding pads so that flaw detection can be carried out on the circuit board to be tested. The method enables accurate detection of flaws of lead and the welding pads in the circuit board to be tested so as to realize real-time detection.
