摘要：NOVELTY - The resistance furnace includes a furnace cover (2) and a furnace shell (3). The furnace hearth is well type and is provided with a spiral furnace pipe (1). The furnace cover is provided with two holes (5). An inlet straight pipe segment or an outlet straight pipe segment of the furnace pipe is inserted into the two holes respectively. The inner side of the furnace shell is provided with a heating element (4,4'). USE - Resistance furnace for isopropenyl acetate conversion. ADVANTAGE - Raises precision of temperature control since heating element controls temperature by segments, thus improving conversation rate and selectivity of reaction for converting isopropenyl acetate into acetyl acetone. Realizes full energy utilization and reduces energy consumption by performing temperature control through divided segments according to demands. Reduces size since furnace pipe is spiral and furnace hearth is well type, thus making full use of upper space of the equipment.
