摘要：本文以2005年"松下FF式煤油暖风机事件"为例,结合博弈论视角的制度观,分析同样在面临社会责任危机的时候,松下公司如何采取积极应对的姿态转"危"为"机",同时对企业社会责任危机下的信息披露及其制度安排作初步探讨。
This paper, guided by the system value of Game Theory, centers on the ＂National FF--type ker osene heaters Incident＂ in 2005 and analyzes how Panasonic Corporation took a positive attitude to trans form the situation from ＂risk＂ to ＂opportunity＂ in times of social responsibility crisis. Meanwhile, this pa per preliminarily expounds information disclosure and the system arrangement in the corporate social responsibility crisis.
