摘要:用“混酸”法处理馏分油所得的合成硝基化合物NT-11作为十六烷值增进剂,油溶性好,且安全可靠。对不同产地柴油基础油进行添加性能考察,结果表明,在催化裂化柴油中添加0.1~0.5m%时,十六烷值即可提高3~7个单位,在含10m%直馏柴油的调合柴油中,添加0.5m%即可达到含60m%直馏柴油的调合柴油的十六烷值水平。通过电子顺磁共振波谱方法,对添加剂的作用机理进行了研究,与柴油基础油相比较,加剂油自由基浓度变化大,链反应迅速,从而缩短着火落后期,油品燃烧性能提高。
Cetane number (CN)improver NT-11 has been synthesized from the straight run distillate by mixed acid method.It is oil-soluble and save to use.Its performance have been investigated showing that the CN of catalytic LCO can be increased by 3~7 units with the dosage of 0.1~0.5m% of NT-11,while for blended diesel fuel containing 10m% of virgin distillate,the CN comes up to the standard of blended fuel with 60m% of virgin distillate.In addition,the mechanism of CN enhancement has been investigated by means of Electron Spin Resonance (ESR).Compared with the base stock,the free radical concentration of the dosaged oil is increased and therefore improves the burning characteristics of the diesel fuel.
