摘要：合作研究中心计划是澳大利亚政府重点资助的旨在促进产学研合作研究、科技成果转化、终端技术需求解决的研究计划。合作研究中心在吸引企业投资、面向产业需求的科技创新、培养研究生等方面都取得了显著成效。联邦政府对计划的申请、资金资助与使用、评估及退出实现了有效管理,中心内部通过依法管理、会员决策、校企合作培养人才、成果推广管理等机制实现了良好运行。合作研究中心企业化运作、严格透明的过程控制以及校企联合培养人才的方式等方面值得我国协同创新中心借鉴。
Funded by the Australian Federal Government,Cooperative Research Centers（CRC）plan is aimed at promoting university-industry collaboration,the commercialization of research findings,and meeting the needs of terminal technology.The plan has achieved success in attracting investment,technology innovation towards industry demands,training postgraduates,etc.The process of application,receiving and using of funds,evaluation and wind-up of CRCs are managed effectively at the federal level,and the CRCs are also manage efficiently inside itself through the mechanisms of managing by laws,decision by the memberships,talents cultivating by university-industry collaboration and technology achievements popularization management.At last,the clear management model,enterprise operation,rigorous and transparent process control and talents cultivating mode through university-industry collaboration can provide reference for China＇s collaborative innovation centers.
