摘要:采用紫外分光光度法检测并比较了四甲基哌啶类氮氧自由基、四甲基吡咯啉类氮氧自由基、四甲基四氢吡咯类氮氧自由基共8种不同环氮氧自由基化合物清除超氧阴离子及羟基自由基等活性氧的能力,用循环伏安法研究了它们的电化学性质。进而讨论了不同类型化合物之间因化合物结构不同而导致的性质差异。结果表明:环的大小及取代基对化合物性质有影响,化合物清除超氧阴离子的能力与电化学性质间有相关性。
The reactive oxygen species (ROS) such as superoxide and hydroxyl radical scavenging activities based on 8 different cyclic nitroxides 2,2,5,5-tetramethylpyrrolin-1-oxy and 2,2,5,5 UV-Vis speetrophotometry. The eleetroehemie radicals, including 2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidinyl-1-oxy, -tetramethylpyrrolidine-1-oxy derivatives, were detected by al properties of those compounds were studied by cyclic voltammetry method. In addition, different properties caused by different molecular structures of the compounds and the relationship between the ROS scavenging activities and the electrochemical properties were discussed. The result indicated that the different ring sizes and ring substituents would influence the characterization of the compounds and the superoxide radical scavenging activity of the nitroxides is related with redox property of the compounds.
