摘要：根据生产四氟乙烯(PTFE)的工业要求,采用西门子公司PCS7集散控制系统。介绍了该系统在PTFE生产过程控制中的应用,深入讨论了该控制系统中的硬件配置、控制网络和软件编程等。实践证明,该系统稳定可靠,实现了模拟仪表无法完成的复杂算法及管理功能,特别适合化工工艺过程控制系统。产品的产量和质量都有很大提高,从而获得显著的经济效益。
According to the industrial demands on PTFE,the PCS7 distributed control system from Siemens is adopted. The application of this system in FIFE productive control process is described. The hardware of the system,control network and software programming are deeply discussed. The practice shows the system is stable and reliable ,and the complicated algorithm and management functions which can not be fulfilled by analog instruments are implemented. It is much suitable for chemical process control. The production of yield and its quality are improved, so that the remarkable economic benefits will be obtained.
