摘要：NOVELTY - Escherichia coli O157:H7 affinity peptide comprising sequence of 12 amino acids (SEQ ID NO: 1-4) as given in the specification is new. USE - The peptide is useful for preparing Escherichia coli antibacterial material, preparing reagent for detecting or detecting chip in Escherichia coli, preparing food cleaning disinfectant. The lysozyme is useful in preparing food cleaning disinfectant (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The polypeptide has strong affinity for Escherichia coli O157: H7 whole cells, which is suitable for preparing lysozyme having the effect of targeting affinity to Escherichia coli and has higher enzyme activity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) screening Escherichia coli O157:H7 affinity peptide comprises comparing the phage display peptide library by using a centrifugal separator for screening the peptide library and screening by discarding the centrifugal tube, removing polystyrene PS material caused by screening, obtaining finally screening phage clone for DNA sequencing and analyzing and comparing the affinity by Escherichia coli; (2) use of Escherichia coli and peptide in preparing lysozyme; and (3) lysozyme, obtained by fusion expression of peptide and human lysozyme, where its sequence is represented by 165 amino acid (SEQ ID NO.5) as given in the specification.
