摘要:NOVELTY - The device has a radiation boiler (2) connected with a convection boiler through a synthesis gas guidance tube (3). The radiation boiler is protected by a fire-resistance lining layer (21). The radiation boiler is provided with a radiation stream generator (22). A synthesis gas passageway is formed between the radiation stream generator and the fire-resistance lining layer. A lower terminal of the radiation stream generator is provided with a circulation synthesis gas cooling device (23). A lower part of the circulation synthesis gas cooling device is provided with a slag pool. USE - High-temperature synthesis gas sensible heat recycling device for use during generation of methanol and olefin and coal-to-liquid, and smelting of iron. ADVANTAGE - The device recycles sensible heat of high-temperature synthesis gas from airstream bed gasifier using the radiation stream generator, the gas cooling device and a convection stream generator so as to generate middle pressure or high pressure stream, thus increasing gasification heat efficiency of the stream bed by 10-15 percentages. The device has compact structure, reliability, high efficiency and power saving effect. The device is inexpensive.
