摘要:套管挤毁失效是套管的主要失效形式之一,采用在套管外壁粘贴应变片的方式,可研究套管挤毁失效过程中的应变变化情况。介绍了一种套管挤毁试验水下应变的测试方法,该方法解决了在高压水下应变片的绝缘防护、导线引出高压容器的密封等问题,可成功地检测套管外壁的应变随外压变化的规律,对研究套管的挤毁机理,具有一定的参考价值。
Collapse failure is one of the major failure types of oil casing operation. With the practice of gluing strain-gauge on the outer surface of the casing, it is possible to study the strain variation during the casing collapse failure process. Introduced here in the article is an underwater strain-measurement method as used in the casing collapse test. Thanks to the said underwater measurement technique, difficulties like insulation protection of the strain gage under hi-pressure water and sealing of the conductor as going out of the hi-pressure vessel, etc. are over come, and thus regularity of the strain of the casing outer surface vs exterior pressure variation is successfully identified, which will benefit the approach to the collapse mechanism of the casing.
