摘要：NOVELTY - The method involves identifying pinch points of a hydrogen source compound curve and a hydrogen trap composite curve by utilizing a clamping point. Consumption amount and discharge amount of minimum hydrogen are determined. A pinch point constraint is obtained by establishing a relationship between the obtained consumption and discharge amounts of the minimum hydrogen, where the pinch point constraint comprises minimum hydrogen consumption limit and minimum gas discharge constraints. A hydrogen network scheduling process is performed to satisfy a pinch rule of an optimal operating point. USE - Clamp-point based refinery Hydrogen network optimization scheduling method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables improving artificial efficiency of minimum hydrogen to pinch the clamping point by computer, accurately obtaining optimal target value and operating point based on engineering requirement, constructing pipe network under premise of hydrogen source, reducing time consumption of pinch point analysis process and ultra-structure process without changing refinery hydrogen network equipment and discharge and consumption amounts of hydrogen gas so as to improve level of refinery hydrogen network optimization scheduling process and improve competitiveness of enterprises.
