摘要：目的　研究口服Mr小于 5 0 0 0的猪脾来源免疫抑制组分 (SISC p)的抗炎作用。方法　通过给动物igSISC p ,观察其对巴豆油致小鼠耳廓肿胀和对大鼠棉球肉芽肿的影响。结果　igSISC p一次给药对巴豆油致小鼠耳廓肿胀没有影响 ,多次给药在一定剂量 (10mg·kg-1)则有显著的抑制作用 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;在实验剂量 (16 ,8和 4mg·kg-1)下 ,SISC p对大鼠棉球肉芽肿均有显著的抑制作用 ,其中高剂量和中剂量的作用效果较好。结论　igSISC
OBJECTIVE: To study the anti-inflammatory effect of porcine spleen derived immunosuppressive component (named SISC-p), a fraction with Mr less than 5000.METHODS: Different doses SISC-p of were given to animals ig and the effects of it on croton oil caused mouse auricular edema and cotton ball induced granuloma in rats were observed. RESULTS: Single dose SISC-p ig had no inhibitory effect on croton oil caused mouse auricular edema, but it produced inhibitory effect when given a certain dose (10 mg·kg-1) repeatedly for seven days. SISC-p could significantly inhibit cotton ball induced granuloma in rats under the experimental doses (16, 8 and 4 mg·kg-1). CONCLUSION: SISC-p po had inhibitory effects on acute and subacute inflammation.
