摘要：现代美术引发现代平面设计诞生的事实往往使人忽略两者之间的本质区别。但关注这个区别并不是要在两者之间制造壁垒,而是为了看清各自在现代视觉中的位置。实际情况是:两者虽有本质上的区别,但彼此的关联使得他们都是现代视觉生活的组成部分,也就是共同体现了视觉现代性的两种存在形态。因此,完全没有必要厚此薄彼,两者都有存在的依据,体现了现代性视觉的两种形态。从视觉政治角度看,它们在现代生活中都应存在。
The fact that modern art triggered the birth of modern graphic design tends to make people ignore the essential difference between the two.But the difference is not to build a gully between the two,but to give them an exact position respectively in modern vision.The reality is that although the two are essentially different,their relationship makes them both part of modern visual life,that is to say,the two existing forms of visual modernity are embodied in the community.Therefore,it is absolutely unnecessary to prefer one to the other.Both of them have the basis of existence which is the reflection of the two forms of modernity vision,and they should exist in modern life from the perspective of visual politics.
