摘要:含氟聚合物由于具有极低的表面能、良好的热稳定性和化学稳定性、优异的介电性能等优良特性,被广泛用于军工、国民生产和生活的多个领域,而通过活性聚合技术制备含氟聚合物将使材料具有可控的结构和更优异的性能。本论文在溶液介质以及环境友好的超临界CO2介质中通过分别通过RAFT活性聚合技术制备了几类含氟均聚物和嵌段共聚物。 论文合成了两种硫代碳酸酯类化合物,并以此为RAFT试剂,制备了一系列含氟硅的嵌段共聚物,并对聚合物的分子量、组成、结构及表面性能进行了详细研究,结果表明该类聚合物均具有优异的表面性能。另外,论文以环境友好的超临界C02作为聚合反应介质,通过RAFT聚合制备含氟丙烯酸酯的均聚物及嵌段共聚物,并首次通过高压原位红外光谱技术对聚合过程进行在位监测,成果地研究了聚合反应动力学。论文还对嵌段共聚物的制备机理、产物结构以及性能进行了详细研究。
Fluorinated polymers are widely used as resigns, coatings and textile finishing agents etc. for their excellent surface properties, excellent thermal stability and chemical resistant. Fluorinated block polymers with controlled molecular weight and narrow polydispersity, which could be synthesized via Living radical polymerization, become more and more attractive in many applications due to their controlled structures and excellent properties. In this thesis, several kinds of novel fluorinated polymers and block copolymers synthesized via RAFT living polymerization in organic solvent and supercritical carbon dioxide. The chemical composition and structure of the diblock copolymers are characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance/(NMR/), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy /(FTIR/) and Gel permeation chromatography /(GPC/). The effect of fluorine content on surface energy is investigated by static contact angle. In addition, the kinetics of the polymerization in supercritical carbon dioxide was first investigated by in situ IR spectroscopy. In this paper, the formation mechanisms of the diblock copolymer in supercritical carbon dioxide was also investigated in detail.
