摘要:青藏高原蕨麻抗氧化作用的研究采用Na2 S2 O3 I2 碘量法及DDPH·法测定干鲜蕨麻提取物的抗氧化作用 ,结果表明 :不同溶剂蕨麻提取物对高原菜籽油的抗氧化作用依次是PBS >冰乙酸 >水 >甲醇 >氯仿 >正己烷 >乙酸己酯 >石油醚 ;不同浓度乙醇溶液蕨麻提取物 ,对DPPH·清除率依次是 75 %乙醇 >5 0 %乙醇 >30 %乙醇 >95 %乙醇 >无水乙醇。在两种实验方法中 ,证明干鲜蕨麻提取物都具有较好的抗氧化作用 ,鲜蕨麻提取物的抗氧化作用要强于干蕨麻。
Antioxidative activities on different solvents extracts from fresh patentilla-unserina and patentilla unserina powder were studied by DPPH·(1.1-diphenyl-picrylhydrazy L) free radical method, and Na 2S 2O 3-I 2 titrimetric method respectively. The result showed that the antioxidatlve effect of different solvent extracts on vegetable oil decreased in the order of PBS>acetic acid glacial>water>methanol>trichloromethane>n-hexane>ethyl acetate>petrooleum ether. The sequence of scavenging rate on DPPH·of different concenntrations ethanol extract is 75% ethanol>50% ethanol>30% ethano>95% ethanol>100% ethanol. Both the fresh patentilla-unserina and the patentilla-unserina powder have good antioxidative effect in the two experiments. The antioxidative effect of fresh patentilla-unserina was better than that of patentilla-unserina powder.
