摘要：Because of the great harm caused by hazardous materials transportation accident, it has very great practical significance for the research on the problem of hazardous materials transportation. This paper proposed the hazardous materials transportation route choice model considering emergency rescue in time-varying network on the basis of previous research. This model also takes into account the transportation time limitation and the situation of waiting allowance in the network. Then solve the model by a genetic algorithm and give an application example. The results show that: considering the emergency rescue and choose of appropriate waiting and starting time can get the optimal path more accurately in the hazardous materials transportation network.
