摘要:NOVELTY - Preparing (zirconium-oxygen) Zr-O-Zr-based zirconium-containing ceramic precursors comprises coordinating the coordination products of zirconium n-propoxide and acetylacetone, replacing with ethylene glycol, preparing Zr-O-Zr-based zirconium-containing ceramic precursor ZNP, and subjecting the precursor for heat-treatment and studying the ceramization properties of precursor. USE - The method is useful for preparing Zr-O-Zr-based zirconium-containing ceramic precursors. ADVANTAGE - The method ensures 36.34% zirconium content and 32.66% ceramic conversion rate due to its good dissolution properties, achieves the production of ceramic precursors silicon carbide-zirconium carbide-zirconium oxide composition by blending, and utilizes high temperature materials.
