摘要：NOVELTY - The invention discloses a cadmium-doped selenide glass with selenium, germanium, arsenic and cadmium as main compositions. The preparation method comprises: (a) pretreating the quartz ampoule;(b) preparing and purifying glass batch; (c) sealing in vacuum; (d) melting glass; (e) post-treating glass. The result, form testing the polished glass on IR spectrum, microhardness, density, DSC and XRD, shows that the glass has well forming property on large range and well permeance ability on infrared zone of 1-13 microns, covers two atmospheric windows on 3-5 microns and 8-12 microns, USE - Cadmium-doped selenide glass. ADVANTAGE - Glass with high thermal stability such that the DSC test shows no separation crystal peak is obtained.
