摘要：产教融合作为高校教育科技人才一体化推进的突破口,通过将产业界和教育界紧密结合,打造多元主体协同、多部门联动、多领域渗透、多链条融合的复杂生态圈。文章基于共生理论,从共生单元、共生模式、共生环境三个维度分析高校生物医药产教融合共生体建设的必要性和面临的现实问题,同时结合华东理工大学的实践探索,提出高校生物医药产教融合共生体建设路径,为推动生物医药产业高质量发展提供参考。
The industry-education integration,serving as a breakthrough for the integrated advancement of education,science and technology,and talent,connects the industrial and educational spheres,and builds a complex ecosystem involving multiple stakeholders,sectors,fields,and interconnected chains.This paper analyzes the necessity and existing problems in constructing on industry-education integration community in biomedical field at universities,from three dimensions of symbiotic units,symbiotic patterns,and symbiotic environments,based on symbiosis theory.Furthermore,based on the practical exploration at East China University of Science and Technology(ECUST),it also proposes development pathways for the construction of an industry-education integration community in biomedical field at universities,hoping to provide a reference for promoting the high-quality development of biomedical industry.
