摘要:在动态电脱盐模拟装置上,对影响新疆原油脱盐效率的工艺操作参数进行了优化。结果表明,对两种不同性质的原油,其优化的操作参数有较大的差别。影响操作参数的主要因素是油品的粘温性质。胶质和沥青质含量高的原油对破乳剂的需要量也大。对原油性质和工艺参数影响脱盐效率的机理,也进行了初步探讨。
Effect of operation conditions on desahing of Xingjiang crudes was studied on pilot test apparatus. Optimum conditions were determined for crudes from two main fields. It was observed that there are apparent discrepencies between these two sets of data. It is viscosity-temperature dependency of crudes that mainly affects the selection of operation parameters. The higher resin and asphalt the crude oil contains, the more demulsifier is needed. Mechanism of influnces of properties on desalting efficiency is discussed.
