摘要:应用先整体后局部的建模方法,对高温小型回热器传热和阻力性能进行了数值模拟分析,进而基于修正等雷诺数法对回热器进行了传热性能测试,验证了该数值模拟方法的可行性与准确性,并拟合得到了其传热和阻力准则关系式。在此基础上,进一步探讨了微重力及几何结构参数对传热和阻力性能的影响。研究结果表明:微重力工况对回热器换热阻力性能影响可以忽略;回热器设计过程中需着重考虑高宽比和长径比的影响,而占空比影响较小。
Based on the whole-local numerical modeling method, the performance of high temperature miniature recuperator was analyzed. In order to validate the numerical model's feasibility and accuracy, the modified equal Reynolds number method was applied to test its performance and also compared with the numerical results. Within the studied Reynolds number range, the heat-transfer and resistance correlation equations were obtained. On that basis, the effect of microgravity and structure parameters on heat-transfer and resistance performance was conducted. The results show that the influence of microgravity is not significant and can be neglected; the height-to-width ratio and length-to-diameter ratio should be considered in design.
